Job Role: Warehouse Executive

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain management. This is a full-time, on-site role based near Ruggahawila, Nittambuwa, offering a competitive remuneration package and strong career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse supervisor responsibilities and maintain inventory accuracy using both manual and system-based records
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, and Order Processing to align inventory management processes
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in an organized and systematic manner
• Assist with periodic stock counts and accurately report any discrepancies identified
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and company policies within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows and efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Male candidate, below 40 years of age
• Professional qualification in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Ability to manage and operate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Candidates residing within 15 km of Ruggahawila are encouraged to apply
