Available Positions
1. Project Engineers (Over 5 Years’ Experience)
The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, managing site operations, subcontractors, and ensuring all project documentation is in order.
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building or civil construction projects
- Or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors, and project documentation
- Good communication and leadership skills
2. Quantity Surveyors (Over 3 Years’ Experience)
The Quantity Surveyor will handle all cost management activities for construction projects, from BOQ preparation through to final account settlement, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
Requirements
- Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a construction environment
- Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, cost control, and subcontract administration
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software
3. Technical Officers (Over 5 Years’ Experience)
The Technical Officer will play a hands-on role in site supervision, quality control, and construction activities, working closely with project engineers and site teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Requirements
- NCT (National Certificate in Technology) or an equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, quality control, and construction activities
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate site works effectively
4. Store Keepers (Over 2 Years’ Experience)
The Store Keeper will manage construction material stores, ensuring accurate records, timely stock replenishment, and proper handling of all materials and goods on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction material stores management
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management practices
- Familiarity with material receiving, issuing, and record keeping
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage
