Job Overview

The Store Keeper will play a critical role in managing Cenmetrix’s day-to-day stores operations, ensuring that inventory is accurately maintained, warehouse assets are secure, and procurement activities are properly supported. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of inventory management systems, and a commitment to compliance with ISO standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day stores operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of inventory and warehouse assets
  • Support purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination and documentation
  • Maintain store and procurement records in compliance with company procedures and internal controls
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards

Requirements (Personal Profile & Skills)

  • G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification (a Diploma in Stores or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or procurement-related roles with a proactive approach
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and IT systems
  • Experience in ERP or inventory management systems is preferred
  • An interest in electrical and electronic engineering, or possession of a relevant certificate, will be an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
