Job Overview

The Call Center Executive will serve as the primary point of contact between Euro Motors and its customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure — making it ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards all customers at all times
  • Communicate and coordinate with the spare parts and after-sales department as necessary to resolve customer queries
  • Record hotline inquiries, customer complaints, and feedback received on a daily basis
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments promptly and follow up until closure
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Euro Motors’ products, services, and promotions
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction across every call interaction

Requirements

  • Age between 22 to 27 years
  • Good communication skills and fluency in both English and Sinhala are mandatory (candidates who studied in the English medium are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and basic computer literacy
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity will be a definite advantage
  • Should reside in close proximity to the Colombo suburbs
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
