Premium Auto Parts (Pvt) Ltd is a trailblazer in Sri Lanka’s motor spare parts trading industry, with branches across Borella (Head Office), Kandy, Himbutana, and Rathmalana. As an approved company for CA article covering, they are now hiring an Account Assistant for their Borupana, Rathmalana branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes via the ERP system.
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and order status information to customers and the sales team.
- Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely dispatch and billing.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Handle courier processes and coordinate with delivery and sales teams.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, and documentation.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and ledger entries.
- Ensure smooth front office process flow aligned with company SOPs.
Requirements
- Partly qualified in ICASL or fully qualified in AAT or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (trading sector or audit firm preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office packages.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
- Good communication skills. Age below 27 years.
- Priority for candidates from Rathmalana, Borupana, Mt. Lavinia, Dehiwala, Moratuwa, Panadura, Boralesgamuwa.
