Job Role: Receptionist
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the company, managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to the team. This role requires a professional, well-presented individual with strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist various departments with day-to-day administrative support as needed.
- Manage courier and mail distribution in an efficient manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or Ordinary Level (O/L).
- A female candidate aged between 20 – 35 years.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable appearance and a positive, professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Candidates residing in or near Colombo are strongly encouraged to apply.
