About the Role

Amana Bank is offering an exciting Internship at its Contact Centre in Colombo-03. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals who are ready to kickstart their careers in an energetic, customer-focused banking environment. As a Contact Centre Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support across Amana Bank’s range of banking products and services.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and with empathy, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Identify client needs accurately and provide relevant information or direct them to the appropriate banking service or department.
  • Research and resolve customer queries efficiently, following Amana Bank’s service standards and compliance procedures.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Amana Bank’s products and services where appropriate, contributing to the Bank’s business development goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
  • Contribute positively to the overall performance and reputation of the Contact Centre team.

Work Schedule

  • Work any 5 days of the week, in 8-hour shifts.
  • Enjoy additional allowances for weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications
