Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons in the relevant subject area.
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students to learn.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments appropriate to the age group and subject.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports as required by the school.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school management regarding academic matters.
• Contribute to school events, co-curricular activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Uphold the standards, values, and professional culture of JMC College International.

Requirements (All Positions)

• Relevant academic qualifications in the subject area (Degree, Diploma, or Teacher Training qualification preferred).
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Passionate about education and student development.
• Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline in a respectful manner.

Subject-Specific Notes

• Primary Teacher: Experience with early childhood or primary-level education, ideally with a Teacher Training Certificate or Diploma in Education.
• Art Teacher: Qualification in Fine Art or equivalent; ability to teach drawing, painting, and creative arts.
• Islam Teacher: Strong knowledge of Islamic studies; ability to teach Islamic principles and values to students.
• Health Science Teacher: Background in Health Science, Biology, or related fields; ability to deliver health education content clearly.
• Roman Catholicism Teacher: Knowledge of Catholic teachings and religious education; ability to guide students in faith formation.
