Key Responsibilities (All Teaching Roles)

• Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking in students.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments consistent with the school’s academic standards.
• Manage the classroom effectively, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute to the school’s co-curricular activities and events.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the school’s culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and the school leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area (e.g. BSc Chemistry, BA English, B.Mus, BSc Biology, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to student development and academic excellence.
