About the Role

Atari City Campus is currently recruiting a qualified and passionate AAT Female Teacher to join their growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity for an accounting educator who genuinely enjoys teaching, has strong subject expertise in AAT and Accounting, and can connect with students effectively to guide them toward exam success and career readiness.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching AAT subjects to students at various levels, providing academic support, and contributing to the overall quality of the accounting education programme at the campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, comprehensive lessons covering AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) subjects and related accounting topics.
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, and assessments aligned with the AAT syllabus and examination requirements.
• Guide students through complex accounting concepts, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Conduct mock exams and provide detailed, constructive feedback to help students improve performance.
• Monitor student progress, identify those requiring additional support, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the academic administration team.
• Keep up to date with changes in the AAT syllabus and examination format, updating teaching materials accordingly.
• Contribute to the positive academic culture and professional reputation of Atari City Campus.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills — ability to explain complex accounting concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Relevant qualifications in AAT / Accounting (e.g. AAT qualified, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification).
• Teaching experience is preferred and will be strongly considered.
• Ability to engage and guide students effectively, building confidence and competence.

Remuneration

Starting Salary: LKR 80,000/- per month

This is a competitive starting salary with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
