Job Overview

Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd has an immediate vacancy for a Call Center Coordinator (Female) to be based at their Rajagiriya – Madinnagoda (Factory) location. This is a customer-facing coordination role that requires excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you are a motivated female professional between 20–40 years of age with strong communication skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Sri Lankan manufacturing company with a 58-year legacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, representing the Three Sinha brand effectively.
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, services, quotations, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the sales and factory teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Manage and follow up on customer orders, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communication logs using MS Office tools.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams as required.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and customer visits for the sales team.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional call centre atmosphere at all times.
  • Support other HR and office-related activities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and faced G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work proficiently with the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Prior work experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role will be considered an added advantage.
  • Age between 20 – 40 years.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
