Job Overview

Vision Solutions Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is looking for pleasant, well-communicated, motivated, self-respecting, and hard-working professionals to fill the role of Accounts Clerk / Accounts Executive at their Colombo 07 office. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to grow within a dynamic and specialised business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation accurately.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and related financial documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial data and reporting requirements.
Support the management in budgeting, auditing, and compliance-related activities.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using accounting software.

Requirements

Having studied in an accounting scheme (AAT, CIMA foundation, or equivalent).
Fair knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software would be a distinct advantage.
Female candidates under 40 years of age.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.
