Job Overview

The American Preschool is hiring both Experienced Educators and Trainee Educators to support its growing team. Female candidates only. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must for all applicants. Positions Available

Experienced Educators

Highly encouraged to apply. Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in a play-based preschool is required. A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education would be an added advantage.

Trainee Educators

Also welcome to apply. No prior experience or formal qualification is required — a strong willingness to learn and grow is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Guide children in developing their artistic and practical skills through the school’s continuously evolving curriculum.
Ensure the daily care of children by following high safety standards and protocols.
Employ a variety of educational techniques — including storytelling, educational play, and media — to actively engage children.
Communicate regularly with parents to maintain strong relationships with families.
Track each child’s progress and provide written reports and evaluations to parents.
Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and supervisors to maintain a positive classroom environment.

Requirements

Excellent command of spoken English is a must.
A confident, competent, and sociable individual with high energy and a calm, composed demeanor.
Great communication and instructional skills.
Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
A warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special and safe.
Age between 18 and 40 years.
Female candidates only.
