Richard Pieris Finance is now looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and hardworking individuals to join their team as Junior Executive / Executive – Field Recovery across multiple locations island-wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to recover overdue, delinquent, and loan accounts in assigned locations
  • Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers to achieve recovery targets effectively
  • Identify high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate recovery actions, including legal referrals where required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date field visit reports, recovery records, and customer documentation in line with company policies
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly recovery targets set by management
  • Maintain professionalism and the highest level of integrity in all customer interactions

Candidate Requirements

  • A qualification in Finance or a related field will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar job role in the finance or recovery sector
  • Sound knowledge of recovery procedures, lending products, and basic legal aspects related to debt recovery
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy and computer competency
  • Methodical and result-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times
