We are now inviting applications for the position of Operations Officer for the Colombo Region.

The Role

The Operations Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operational functions within the Colombo Region. This is a key operational role within LB Finance’s branch network, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning within the Colombo Region
• Handle customer queries and provide efficient service in line with company standards
• Process financial transactions accurately and maintain all required documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows
• Monitor branch operational performance and report any issues to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures
• Assist in managing branch resources and operational requirements effectively
• Support audit and compliance activities as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A degree or diploma in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a finance company, bank, or related financial institution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Residing in or around the Colombo Region is an advantage
