A reputed company located in Nugegoda is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented individual for the position of Data Entry & Office Assistant. The Role

The Data Entry & Office Assistant will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, supporting sales operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp promptly and professionally
  • Assist with sales activities and follow up with existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update stock records and administrative documentation
  • Support general office administration and daily operational tasks
  • Keep data accurately entered and organized in company systems

Requirements

  • GCE A/L qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar capacity
  • Age below 30 years
