Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Internal Audit team in planning and executing audit assignments across hospital departments
- Review financial records, transactions, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare working papers, audit findings, and draft reports for review by senior auditors
- Assist in identifying control weaknesses and recommending improvements
- Support the preparation of audit schedules, documentation, and evidence files
- Coordinate with department heads and staff to gather information required for audit procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity in all audit activities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Currently following the Business Level exam of CA Sri Lanka or the Intermediate Level exam of AAT
- Minimum one year of experience in the Finance or Auditing sector
- Age below 27 years
- Possess good IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Packages
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to professional standards
