A reputable security services company operating under Trend.lk is recruiting disciplined and responsible Security Guards for deployment at construction sites and residential apartment complexes across multiple locations in Colombo. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and safety of assigned construction site or residential apartment complex at all times
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report any suspicious activity immediately
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies promptly and professionally
• Maintain a security log of all daily activities and incidents
• Work day or night shifts as rostered
• Maintain good conduct, punctuality, and professional appearance at all times

Requirements

• Previous security experience preferred
• Age above 45 years
• Physically fit and responsible
• Ability to work day or night shifts
• Retired military or police personnel are strongly encouraged to apply
• Good conduct and punctuality are essential
