IIT is now seeking a talented and experienced Commerce Teacher cum Programme Coordinator to join their school programme team.
Role Overview
IIT is looking for a Commerce Teacher cum Programme Coordinator for the IIT School Programme. The role includes teaching Commerce for Grades 6–10, O/L, and A/L, preparing model papers and LMS activities, and handling related academic and administrative work. The selected candidate will also support marketing and promotional activities and maintain good relationships with school authorities.

What You’ll Do
- Provide the National Curriculum for Commerce at A/L, O/L, and Grades 6–10, while preparing model papers, LMS activities, and other academic-related tasks
- Organize documents and manage administrative work associated with the IIT School Programme
- Engage actively in marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance the brand visibility of the IIT School Programme
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with school authorities and partner institutions
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the national Commerce curriculum
- Conduct engaging, student-centred Commerce lessons for students at multiple grade levels
- Support students preparing for O/L and A/L Commerce examinations through structured revision and guidance
- Handle paper setting, invigilation, and marking as required
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Commerce, Management, or a related field
- Experience teaching Commerce at the A/L and O/L levels for Grades 6–10
- Proven experience in coordinating administrative tasks and managing computer-related work
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and LMS (Learning Management System) tools
