Role Overview

Picasso Garment Repair Service Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Assistant to support HR and administrative functions at their Zarqa, Duleil facility in Jordan. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a structured international environment. The selected candidate will be required to relocate to Jordan with a minimum commitment period of 1–2 years (2–3 years preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks and email communication professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR coordination activities and follow-up on pending HR matters
  • Assist in basic laboratory-related tasks if required by the facility
  • Maintain filing systems, correspondence, and documentation in a structured manner
  • Support the HR team in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee welfare activities
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Skills & Requirements

  • Good command of English – written and spoken
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately in a structured environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiar with email handling and documentation
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR or administrative role
  • Experience in employee records and HR documentation is preferred
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently

Overseas Requirements

  • Willing to relocate and work in Jordan
  • Ability to adapt to a new working and cultural environment
  • Minimum commitment period of 1–2 years (2–3 years preferred)
  • Valid passport and ability to meet visa requirements
