Role Overview

The Heritage Grand – Badulla is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of professional design experience, strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work across multiple design projects with quick turnaround times. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, flyers, banners, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams on campaign visuals and creative concepts
• Develop brand-consistent layouts, typography, and colour schemes across all materials
• Design for both static and motion content (GIFs and basic animations are a plus)
• Handle urgent design requests with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality
• Manage and organize design files and digital resources efficiently
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and hotel promotions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a bonus
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Male candidates are preferred
