Role Overview

N. Vaitilingam & Co (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Stores Supervisor for their Rathmalana Factory warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stores and inventory management, preferably with experience in the hardware industry, and will be proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and organising stocks accurately upon arrival
• Coordinate dispatch and deliveries efficiently and on schedule
• Supervise loading and unloading operations within the factory premises
• Maintaining accurate stock/inventory records using ERP and manual systems
• Ensure safety and maintenance standards are upheld in the stores and warehouse area
• Manage inventory discrepancies and coordinate with procurement and sales teams
• Prepare regular stock reports for management review

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in the hardware industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in an ERP environment
• Thorough knowledge in MS Office package
• Age below 40 years
• Candidates should preferably reside in or around the Ratmalana area
