Role Overview

MAS Holdings – Activewear is seeking a proactive Planning Intern to join their team in Nawala. As a Planning Intern, you will coordinate with the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams, engage in production planning, and actively support the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the Activewear division.

Your Role with MAS

• Coordinate with the Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams on production planning activities
• Engage actively in production planning – creating, monitoring, and updating production schedules
• Support the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the Activewear division
• Analyze production data and statistical information to support planning decisions
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and summaries using MS Office tools
• Identify bottlenecks and support the team in developing solutions to maintain production efficiency
• Assist in capacity planning and demand forecasting activities
• Support cross-functional collaboration between planning, production, and commercial teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Proactive undergraduates or graduates in Statistics or a related quantitative field
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights
• Innovative thinking with a passion for production planning and supply chain
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of changemakers
