Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines when handling customer calls
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors as needed
• Meet daily call targets and maintain quality standards in customer service delivery
• Participate in on-the-job training sessions to develop skills and product knowledge
