Role Overview

Brilliant Treasures International is seeking a Qualified Preschool Teacher to join their team in Ja-Ela. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated early childhood education professional who brings formal qualifications, meaningful experience, and excellent English communication skills to this important role. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Montessori lessons for preschool-aged children
• Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centred classroom environment aligned with Montessori principles
• Observe, assess, and document individual children’s development and learning progress
• Foster each child’s independence, curiosity, and love of learning through Montessori methodology
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and wellbeing
• Plan and organize classroom activities, materials, and learning resources
• Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to provide a consistent learning experience
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that respects the diversity of all children
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities

Requirements

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education / Preschool / Montessori is Mandatory
• Excellent command of the English Language – both spoken and written
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in childcare or preschool education
• Passionate about early childhood development and the Montessori philosophy
• Patient, nurturing, and creative personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a classroom independently and collaboratively
