Role Overview
Gateway Group is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and absolutely confidential professional to fill the position of Personal Assistant to the Chairman at their Borella headquarters. This is one of the most senior administrative roles within the organisation — requiring exceptional professional skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a complex executive schedule with efficiency and grace.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the Chairman — managing day-to-day activities, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the Chairman’s office
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar with precision — scheduling meetings, appointments, board sessions, and corporate events
- Coordinate all travel arrangements — flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries for local and international travel
- Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence as directed by the Chairman
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and internal departments, board members, and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming communications — screen calls, emails, and documents — and prioritise responses accordingly
- Maintain the Chairman’s filing systems, records, and documentation in an organised and accessible manner
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar senior-level executive support role
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Absolute discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality
- Excellent command of English — both written and spoken — to the highest professional standard
- Professional appearance, demeanour, and the ability to represent the Chairman’s office with excellence
