The company is expanding its Human Resources team and is seeking two qualified individuals to support HR operations across the organisation. The work environment is professional, supportive, and values integrity and teamwork.

Available Positions — Two HR Vacancies

🔹 1. HR Intern / HR Assistant (Female candidates only)

  • Degree or full/part qualification in Human Resource Management from CIPM or a recognised institution/university
  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office package
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Female candidate only

🔹 2. HR Executive (Female candidates preferred)

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Executive role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork
  • Female candidate preferred

Key Responsibilities (Both Positions)

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process — job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases accurately
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and records
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime details
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Support HR events, training sessions, and employee welfare activities
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organisation
