Role Overview
DFCC Bank is seeking a seasoned banking professional to join their Corporate Banking Department as a Relationship Manager – Liability Products. This is a senior-level role responsible for driving deposit mobilisation, managing high-value corporate client relationships, and supporting DFCC Bank’s growth objectives in the liability product space.

You Will Be Mainly Responsible For
- Driving deposit mobilisation initiatives and supporting the Head of Deposit Mobilisation (Corporate Banking) in achieving deposit growth targets and business objectives
- Maintaining superior service quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal banking standards at all times
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, BOI companies, and other institutional depositors
- Supporting new client acquisition and documentation — retaining existing deposits and low-cost fund sources
- Cross-selling and upselling other DFCC banking products and services to support the overall business line
- Preparing relationship management reports, client visit reports, and pipeline management updates
You Should Ideally Have
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Corporate Banking, Transactional/Wholesale Banking, or Branch Banking within a commercial bank or NBFI (Non-Bank Financial Institution)
- Proven track record in achieving deposit growth targets and managing relationships with Corporates and Top SMEs
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance standards, and banking compliance requirements
- Exposure to digital banking products — with the ability to support corporate product promotions and liability growth initiatives
- Full or part professional qualification in Marketing, Banking, or Finance (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CIM, IBSL, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a strong results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of Islamic Banking is an added advantage
