Role Overview
AMW Capital Leasing is seeking a Call Center Officer for their Kaduwela Branch. This role is responsible for managing outbound and inbound customer communications related to overdue lease and loan payments. The role focuses on achieving recovery targets through effective follow-up, professional negotiation, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring full compliance with company policies and Sri Lanka’s financial regulatory guidelines.

What You Will Do
- Contact customers via telephone regarding overdue lease and loan installment payments
- Follow up consistently on outstanding lease and loan installments to achieve monthly recovery targets
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up schedules
- Achieve monthly recovery targets through professional negotiation and relationship management
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and Central Bank regulatory requirements
What Equips You for the Role
- G.C.E. A/L qualification — a Diploma in Business or Finance is an added advantage
- Previous experience in a call center, collections, debt recovery, or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and/or Tamil — English is an added advantage
- Good telephone etiquette and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve monthly targets
- Basic computer literacy — MS Office knowledge required
