Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, verify, and update data from source documents into company databases and management systems
• Perform quality checks on all entered data to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness
• Organise and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval and proper filing
• Meet daily and weekly data entry productivity targets within set deadlines
• Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Assist team leaders with general administrative and data management tasks as required
• Flag discrepancies and errors for review by supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality of all company data and records at all times

Qualifications
