Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and daily branch correspondence
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management in line with banking procedures
• Coordinate office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain accurate stock records
• Support the HR and Management teams with general office duties and administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations — maintaining an organised, clean, and professional branch environment
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of records as directed by branch management

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Sinhala; English proficiency is an advantage
• Basic computer literacy — MS Office (Word, Excel) and email
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload
• Age below 38 years
