About the Opportunity

Micronet Global is recruiting a Bank Office Assistant for a reputed bank’s Dankotuwa branch — a solid entry-level opening for a fresh graduate or school leaver in back-office and administrative support.

Location: Dankotuwa Branch, North Western Province
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Gender: Male candidates only
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Residency: Candidates residing within 12–20 km of Dankotuwa only

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and organise office documents, banking records, and administrative files in a systematic and accurate manner
• Manage office supplies inventory — monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement as needed
• Assist in preparing reports, memos, and formal banking correspondence
• Support front desk and branch administrative operations as directed by the Branch Manager
• Coordinate with internal departments for document flow, record keeping, and administrative tasks
• Ensure the office environment is organised, clean, and professionally maintained at all times
• Assist in data entry and maintenance of banking records and customer files

Qualifications & Skills

• No prior experience required — freshers are warmly welcomed to apply
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala; English proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to work accurately with high attention to detail
• Available to work Monday to Friday
• Male candidates only

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email) is an advantage
