Internship: Digital Excellence Intern — Enterprise Solutions, MAS Capital, Malabe
MAS Capital is looking for bright, proactive IT undergraduates to join their Digital Excellence – Enterprise Solutions team as interns. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation within one of Sri Lanka’s most sophisticated corporate environments, contributing to enterprise technology projects that impact MAS’s global operations.

Your Role — What You Will Do
- Assist in developing comprehensive project schedules for digital and enterprise technology initiatives
- Identify key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across ongoing digital projects
- Track and monitor overall project progress to ensure timely delivery against project plans
- Support the team in documenting project status reports, meeting minutes, and action item tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain on enterprise-wide digital projects
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Solutions division
Who We’re Looking For
- Proactive undergraduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication skills — ability to coordinate with diverse teams across a large corporate environment
- Good teamwork skills and collaborative attitude
- Interest in enterprise technology, digital transformation, ERP systems, or project management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in tracking project deliverables and timelines
- Proficiency in MS Office — Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
