Role Overview

Pro Consultancy International / ReaDx is hiring an Intern or Trainee Coordinator & Web Administrator to join their team in Nugegoda. This is a hybrid role combining web administration, content management, digital marketing support, and operational coordination — ideal for graduates or undergraduates looking to gain multi-faceted digital experience in a growing tech-enabled business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Database management — maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer, product, and operational data
  • Web administration and regular updates to the ReaDx online platform and content catalogue
  • Content creation for digital platforms — product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials
  • Digital marketing support — social media posting, email campaigns, and online promotion activities
  • Customer coordination and support — handling online customer inquiries and order follow-ups
  • Delivery and operations management assistance — supporting logistics coordination for book orders

Requirements

  • Graduate, undergraduate, or diploma holder in IT, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of web systems, content management, and website administration
  • Interest in digital marketing, content development, and e-commerce
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, email
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms is an added advantage
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital content and books
