Role Overview

CCBE is hiring across three roles for their Horana and Matara branches. All three positions are central to the branch’s day-to-day operations, student enrolment, and business growth. Candidates must be willing and available to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as education institute operations run throughout the week.

Position 1: Admin Officer

Support branch administrative operations, manage student records, coordinate with academic and management teams, and handle all front-desk and back-office administrative functions.

Position 2: Finance Officer

Manage branch-level financial records, process fee collections, prepare financial reports, maintain accounts payable/receivable, and assist in budgeting and financial compliance for the branch.

Position 3: Marketing Officer

Drive student enrolment through walk-in counselling, phone, online, and referral inquiries. Convert prospective student inquiries into registrations while meeting monthly admission targets. Coordinate with the academic, administration, and marketing teams to deliver on enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

  • Student and parent counselling and professional inquiry handling (walk-in, phone, online, referral)
  • Convert inquiries into course registrations while meeting monthly admission targets
  • Work closely with the Academic, Administration, and Marketing teams across departments
  • Manage daily operational tasks specific to your role (finance/admin/marketing)
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for management review
  • Represent CCBE professionally in all student-facing and community interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Education, Management, Marketing, Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Student Counsellor, Course Advisor, or Front Desk Executive is a strong advantage
  • Experience in an education institute is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala and/or Tamil are an added advantage)
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline and initiative
  • Basic computer literacy — Google Sheets, email, CRM/management systems
  • Must be willing and available to work on Saturdays and Sundays
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and strong teamwork mindset
