🔹 Account Assistant

Support full-cycle accounting functions including bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Minimum qualification in accounting required.

🔹 Account Intern / Admin Intern

Gain real-world experience assisting the accounting or administrative teams. Ideal for undergraduates currently studying for a degree or professional qualification.

🔹 Audit Trainee

Join the Pussawela & Co. audit team to assist with audit planning, fieldwork, working paper preparation, and client reporting under senior auditor supervision.

🔹 Undergraduate Internship (Special)

A structured internship programme specifically designed for undergraduates — build real-world experience in accounting, audit, or corporate management consulting. Ideal for students seeking industry exposure alongside their degree studies.

General Requirements (All Positions)

• Qualification in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business Administration)
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Computer literacy (MS Office — Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, professional attitude and strong desire to learn
• Salary and incentives are negotiable based on qualifications and experience
