Job Profile — What You Will Do

• Assist in processing Health and Life Claims efficiently, accurately, and in line with IRCSL regulatory requirements
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses
• Provide feedback and updates to Management on claim-related matters and operational progress
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, business partners, and all stakeholders
• Support broader insurance operations under the guidance of senior team members

Eligibility Criteria

• Age between 20–23 years
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (spoken & written)
• Communication skills in Tamil are an added advantage
• Passed G.C.E. A/L Examination
• Reading for or completed a Degree/Diploma from a recognised university is an added advantage
