Key responsibilities

• Set the Group Learning & Development strategy and annual training plan together with the Head of Training & Development
• Identify development needs from performance, operational requirements and general company needs
• Design programmes in service, leadership and personal development that hold people’s attention
• Run the established talent development initiatives
• Work with Property Heads and HODs so that learning turns into better performance and behaviour on the job
• Develop internal trainers and build a habit of continuous learning across Jetwing
• Measure how well training works and give management useful L&D findings and reports

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Training & Development or a related field
• 5 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in a service industry
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• Able to engage and influence people at every level
• Creative, energetic and practical, with a passion for developing people and improving performance
