Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC

About the Position

Pan Asia Bank’s Compliance Department has an opening for an Executive – Compliance. This is a regulatory role rather than a customer-facing one. The executive handles FinNet and other regulatory submissions, checks that the bank is following Central Bank directions, and investigates anti-money-laundering alerts. It suits a banker with several years of hands-on compliance or regulatory reporting experience who wants to work at head-office level.

Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC has operated in Sri Lanka for over 30 years and has been named among the country’s top business entities by Business Today and LMD.

  • Help track compliance risks, spot regulatory gaps and propose corrective action
  • Support compliance initiatives, policies, procedures and staff awareness programmes across the bank
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and regulators on compliance matters

Candidate Prerequisites

  • Full or part qualification from a recognised professional body in Banking, Finance, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management or a related field
