About the Role

Pan Asia Bank is hiring Senior Relationship Officers at Executive grade for its Private Banking unit. The role centres on high-net-worth and affluent customers: winning new ones, looking after an existing portfolio, and growing the business each client does with the bank. It combines sales targets with compliance duties, so candidates need both a relationship-building instinct and a firm grasp of AML and KYC rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring in new high-net-worth and affluent clients through referrals, networking and business partnerships
• Manage and grow a client portfolio with tailored banking, investment and wealth solutions
• Deliver branch and Private Banking targets through active acquisition and relationship management
• Cross-sell and upsell deposits, investments, cards, lending and insurance products
• Give each client consistent, personal and professional service
• Watch customer transactions and escalate anything unusual under AML and KYC requirements
• Support branch compliance reviews, internal controls and audit readiness
• Follow internal policy, operating procedures, regulation and risk standards at all times
• Organise client events, promotional campaigns and networking activities that build the bank’s profile

Requirements

• Full or part professional qualification in Banking, Retail Banking, Credit Management or a related field
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Banking or similar is a strong advantage
• 4 to 6 years in the banking industry, ideally in Private Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management or Relationship Management
• Proven experience managing HNW or affluent customer segments (essential)
• A record of growing client portfolios and hitting sales targets
• Good knowledge of banking products, investment solutions and wealth management
• Strong English, plus good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical, detail-focused and customer-oriented, with high integrity
• Comfortable with MS Office and digital banking platforms
