About the Role

Laundromat (Pvt) Ltd runs laundry service outlets across Colombo and its suburbs. It is recruiting Customer Relationship Assistants for seven outlets: Union Place, Rajagiriya, Ward Place, Mahabage, Marine Drive, Thummulla and Delkanda. The job combines customer service with cashier duties, and Laundromat says freshers are always welcome. That makes it a realistic first job for school leavers who speak both Sinhala and English.

Requirements

• Ability to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Ability to carry out cashier duties accurately and efficiently.
• Confidence communicating with customers in both Sinhala and English.

Additional Skills

• Prior experience in customer service or cashiering is an added advantage.
• Ability to learn and adapt to operational duties quickly.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and keep a positive attitude.
