You should ideally

Have 4 years of experience in commercial banking, including branch operations; credit knowledge is an added advantage
Have fair knowledge of the products and services offered by the bank
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Have a flair for excellent customer service

You will mainly be responsible for

All operational activities at the branch, while providing exceptional customer service and complying with the policies and guidelines set by the bank and regulators.
