Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
• Conduct regular field visits according to the HOD’s schedule and instructions

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A valid riding or driving licence is an added advantage
