Abans Finance is hiring an Intern for its Human Resource team.

What the internship covers

• Assisting with recruitment activities, supporting employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records
• Updating and maintaining HR databases and personnel files
• Coordinating with employees and departments on HR-related documentation and processes
• Supporting HR operations, employee engagement activities, and training programmes
• Assisting with preparation of HR reports and accurate record keeping

Key requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office applications)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
