You need to be

G.C.E. A/L qualified or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience; experience in construction, building materials, engineering, or manufacturing is an added advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and achieve sales targets
Hold a valid riding licence (motorbike licence is mandatory)
Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Age below 45 years
