The company supports industrial and environmental sustainability projects across Sri Lanka.

Watercare is hiring a Finance cum Inventory Executive (Male) for its office in Katuwana, Homagama.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the ERP system for finance and inventory functions
Track stock movements, run system reconciliations, and prepare inventory reports
Monitor day-to-day system operations and support users
Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to resolve system issues
Prepare regular system reports for management
Track inventory in real time through the ERP system
Conduct and monitor monthly inventory verification

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accounting, Material Management, Inventory Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or accounting
Proficiency in ERP systems preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Candidates from areas near Katuwana, Homagama, preferred
