Linea Aqua in Hanwella is hiring an Intern for its Human Resources team.

Role overview

The intern will support employee record management and compliance. Day-to-day work includes auditing employee personal files against standard checklists, tracking missing or incomplete documents, coordinating with the HR team to resolve outstanding issues, and organising records through scanning, filing, and labelling. The role also involves keeping accurate audit records and preparing regular progress updates for the team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and team-working skills
