Softlogic Finance PLC is inviting applications for a rewarding career opportunity as a Teller at its Kandy Branch. Freshers are welcome, and successful candidates will be recruited as Trainee Tellers with full on-the-job training provided.

📋 The Profile

• Timely management of all cashiering functions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, with minimum discrepancies
• Maintain and balance daily cash, reconciling any discrepancies prior to end of day
• Maintain zero operational lapses and minimize losses (cash excesses/shortages)
• Keep branch risk attributable to the Teller function at a minimum “Satisfactory” level
• Manage customer transactions efficiently and accurately with a fast turnaround time

🎯 The Person

• Freshers welcome — will be recruited as Trainee Tellers
• A diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Knowledge of basic CBSL guidelines will add value
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Tech savvy, with excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Honesty and integrity are key factors of this role
