Key Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline the loan application, review, and approval process
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Branch, and Field teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support loan recovery, negotiation, and client engagement
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support team coordination, training, and onboarding
• Contribute towards team targets and business growth
