Role Overview

The Finance Executive will manage accounting, taxation, and financial reporting functions, with hands-on experience in US-based accounting considered a key advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Part qualified in CA and ACCA
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements
• Experience preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle ERP
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
• Experience handling tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supervising junior accounting staff is an advantage
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times
• Hands-on experience in handling US-based accounting is a key advantage
